Please note: Pretty & Petite is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen during transit. 

Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please email us (contact@prettyandpetites.com) with your order number and reason for return. 

Domestic: Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund at the portal checkout stage.

International: You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us once you have completed your return through our Portal. Any customs fees incurred from products shipped to us from outside of the US will be subtracted from the return value. 

We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.

All clothing must be returned in their original condition. This includes unused, unaltered, undamaged, stain free, free of pet hairs, fragrance free, and the original tags must still be included.

All clothing marked as final sale are not eligible for return for refund or store credit. 

Upon the delivery of your returned shipment, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

I have received a refund but it's for less than my original payment amount - why is this?

We will always refund you the full refund amount per product for all items meeting the refund criteria listed above. Shipping costs are not refunded if you have changed your mind about your item(s). If you qualified for free shipping and the net total after your return is less than amount needed to qualify for free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you have paid in a currency other than USD, please be aware that we have no control over exchange rates and fluctuations may impact your refund amount.

Exchanges 
We will only exchange items if they are defective or incorrect size. Our exchange policy last 14 days and excludes items on sale. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please email us at contact@prettyandpetites.com detailing the item that needs to be exchanged. Note: Items must be in unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached to be considered for a full refund. We do not accept returns for products which have make-up, deodorant, or self-tan on them, nor products that smell like smoke, perfume, body sprays or creams. Otherwise, the fastest way to ensure you get the size you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
