How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed 1-3 business days after order is placed. If you need immediate shipment, please indicate in "notes to the seller" at checkout, or send us an email at contact@prettyandpetites.com. We will do our best to process your order right away.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been sent out, you are able to make changes or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, typically 1-3 business days after placement, we are not able to change or cancel your order. Cancellations will be treated as returns.

What company does Pretty & Petite use to ship packages?

USPS or UPS

 

How long does shipping within the US take?

We offer free standard shipping within the US which takes 3-5 business days. For faster shipments, please indicate priority mail at checkout.

 You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. 

 

 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been packaged, typically 1-3 business days after purchase, your order is headed by USPS, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information (check your spam or promotion folder).
